Once package is received by WipeOut Support team, you will be given Service Request Number (SRN#) for the shipment received
WipeOut Support Team will initiate data wipe and after completion of the data wipe, you will receive a call or email from WipeOut Support team to provide the status.
After completion of wipe, there are various options :
- In case you want to collect the device you can do so OR
- We can recycle the device for you OR
- We can ship the device with applicable shipping charges, which you can pay online
